Discuss the 2009-2011 WFDA Framework for Action
The WFDA Framework for Action outlines concrete strategies and actions for strengthening democratization efforts in Asia. This document is evaluated every two years at each WFDA Biennial, and an updated version is adopted by the conference.
At the Third WFDA Biennial Conference, we assessed progress towards the goals set forth in the 2007-2009 Framework for Action, and deliberated on a new Framework to guide WFDA’s work from 2009 to 2011.
The final document has now been published, and the full text is available here.
This discussion section can now be used for follow up discussion. In particular, please let us know if your organization or other partners are carrying out programs or projects which will further any of the goals listed in the Framework. Please also feel free to continuously evaluate the Framework’s sections, in terms of changing conditions on the ground and in the regional environment.
